The stuff is helpful here, the services are great, and location is perfect just next door to the shopping area and restaurants, mostly shopping malls and city center. Want to say thanks for pleasant stay.

Everything was great, courteous staff, unbeatable location next to restaurants, stores and city center. I enjoyed the breakfast, specially toast and breads: )

All in all, it was good base for travelling to Plattsburgh. We got a room with a bath. An iron, an electronic key card and a work desk were useful.

The staff were DECENT and food was tasty.

Loved this place, it was fancy. My warm room had an amazing bathroom. The breakfast was delightful and offered lots of options. Pleasant location, 15 minutes' walk to a shopping mall. The downstairs bar was amazing and the drinks were good.

Personable staff & reasonable location. Excellent view, a little balcony, soft bed, too. The breakfast had lots of options and included bangers, cereals and grits. There was a great restaurant, the shops and a market next door. Apart from that, First Methodist Church was 5 minutes' drive away. The service was nice too.

Beautiful location, extremely polite staff and free of charge breakfast with excellent products. We appreciated the rooms, they were inside facing & bright. Walking distance to shopping centres and a market across the street.

I liked everything here, it was amazing. Large room, nice bed and neat bathroom. Personalised service, fantastic restaurant on site.

So glad we choose it, it's excellent base for staying in Plattsburgh. It was worth its 2 stars.
